Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF Sewing Patterns and Digital Downloads), all sales are final. Once the files have been downloaded or the access link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital license for personal use, not a physical item.
Exceptions We want you to be happy with your purchase! We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following technical circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice.
- Corrupted File: If the file is technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
